At Bulliq Clothing, every piece is made specifically for you the moment you order. This allows us to deliver premium-quality apparel while reducing waste and overproduction.


Processing & Fulfillment (Fast & Made for You)
All orders are custom-made and processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Most orders ship within 3 days or less
  • 97% of orders ship within 5 business days

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.


Shipping Times (Reliable & Trackable)
Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Estimated shipping times after fulfillment:

  • USA: 3–7 business days (typically 3–4)
  • Canada: 4–10 business days
  • Europe / UK: 4–8 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 5–14 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days

We always ship from the closest fulfillment center available to get your order to you faster.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

You can also track your order anytime through your account.


Address Accuracy (Important)
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs
  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect details

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because your items are made to order, changes or cancellations must be requested within 1–2 hours of purchase.

After production begins, the order cannot be modified or canceled.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages (Protected & Clear Policy)

  • If your package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Bulliq is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly or checking with neighbors/your local post office

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit (not marked delivered)
  • Severely delayed

Contact us within 7 days, and we’ll help investigate and, if applicable, arrange a replacement


Damaged or Incorrect Items (We’ve Got You Covered)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue

We will replace the item at no additional cost


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (Important)
We’re always here to help and resolve issues quickly.

However:

  • Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution
  • Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks will be disputed with proof of delivery, tracking, and order confirmation

We strongly encourage reaching out to us first so we can fix the issue fast.


International Orders & Customs
For international customers:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply
  • These fees are not included in our pricing and are determined by your country

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
