SECTION 6 – LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

  • Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered
  • Bulliq is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery

If your package is missing:

  • Contact the carrier first
  • Then contact us within 7 days for assistance

SECTION 7 – FRAUD, CHARGEBACKS & ABUSE (IMPORTANT)

We take fraud seriously to protect both our brand and customers.

  • Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution
  • We actively dispute fraudulent chargebacks using:
    • Tracking confirmation
    • Delivery proof
    • IP and order data

We reserve the right to:

  • Ban accounts associated with fraudulent activity
  • Refuse future service
